摘要
为实现加工过程中有效控制误差的产生,利用FANUC 0i MC数控系统的PMC功能,进行数控机床实时加工切削力变形补偿的研究。通过GSVM6540C加工中心的验证,FANUC 0i MC数控系统外部机床坐标系偏移功能可以实现加工补偿,且补偿效果随铣削深度加深而更加明显。
In this paper, the author made a research on real-time processed compensation by adopting PMC of CNC system FANUC Oi MC to avoid the occurrence of process error. By the experiments in Machining Center GSVM6540C, it indicated that deviation of machine outer coordinate system can be compensated. And the compensated effectiveness turns better if milling depth is more.
