This essay has analyzed the forming of the amount change of gear shaving＇ s base tangent and detailed analyzed the each elements which effected the gear base variables in hobbing and gearshaving. Meanwhile, the corresponding measures of decreasing the base variables of gear shaving have been put forward, besides the solution of how to save the product which had been formed the variables is been proposed.
