摘要
在车轮轮辋、轮辐用条料的横切加工自动化生产线中,采用板材送料长度的自动定尺闭环控制系统,加上完善的控制软件,完成板材自动送料的升速、恒速、匀减速降速定尺控制,并通过超长反拉控制实现对定尺板长的误差修正和补偿,以解决车轮生产中使用卷料钢板生产车轮轮辋、轮辐用条料的自动定尺精度问题,实现中重型卡车无内胎滚型车轮用板材的连续自动化生产。
The automatic fixing lengths closed loop control system of plate lengths is adopted with perfect control software to accomplish fixing lengths by acceleration, constant speed and uniform deceleration speed down in plates automatic feeding and achieve error correction and compensation to the fixing lengths by pull-back control of overlength thus to solve the problem of automatic fixing lengths precision of stripped materials made from winding plates for wheel rim and hub use in wheel production, and achieve continuous automatic production of plates for tubeless tyre of rolling wheel use.
