水文测验技术标准是开展水文测验工作的基础、依据和行动指南,是水文测验成果质量的保证,其适应性直接关系到水文测验工作的质量、效率和成本。对我国现行水文测验技术标准的适应性及存在的主要问题进行了探讨,并提出修订建议。

Technical standard of hydrometry is the foundation, rule and guidance of hydrometric work, and is quality assurance of hydrological data observing as well. The adaptability of technical standard influences directly on the quality, the efficiency and the costs of hydrometry. In this paper, we studied the adaptability of present technical standards for hydrometry in China, discussed some key issues ,and finally proposed some suggestions for revision.
