摘要
作为国际竞争的主要微观主体,跨国公司己经成为在国际经济贸易中最活跃最有影响的力量。全球竞争的压力和利用东道国资源禀赋的需要,跨国公司在制定执行全球化战略的同时,积极主动推进本土化战略。在华跨国公司为落实本土化战略,制定和执行了相关的措施及应对方案。
As a major Micro -international competition, the multinational companies have become the most active and influential force in the international economy and trade. The pressure of global competition and the use of natural resources needs of host countries, multinational companies actively promote the localization strategy at the same time developing the implementation of global strategy. This paper researches multinational corporation in China as an example, a specific analysis of the localization strategies of transnational corporations to implement concrete form, revealing the impact of multinational companies developing, implements global strategies for a variety of factors. Facing multinational companies to implement localization strategies for generalization in China , this paper also proposed the corresponding eountermeasures.
