摘要
当前,中国社会伦理价值观念从强调义务逐渐转向强调权利。本文以霍布斯的道德权利为例,指出这一趋势的内在变化。霍布斯的道德权利基于特定的人性基础,并在界定上存在"正当"与"自由"的两个互为矛盾的方面;人们往往注意权利概念中的"自由"一面,而忽视了"正当"的内涵。这二者的统一是构建道德义务体系的理论前提,也是解释道德为权利服务的根本思路。
Chinese contemporary view of ethical value turns from duty - center to right - center. The theory of fight in Hobbes can give to be used for reference. His theory of moral rights sets on the basic of special view of human nature and holds a antinomy of the＂ freedom＂ and＂ rightness＂ in the conception. The side of＂ freedom＂ is usually emphasized, while the other side of＂ rightness＂ is easily neglected by scholars. The article will illustrate that the unification of these two sides makes a theoretical precondition for Hobbes＇ rights, and gives a proper interpretation to his idea of morality serving fights.
