摘要 呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)是引起婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的常见病原体。婴幼儿RSV感染明显提高哮喘的发病率。RSV感染婴儿中一部分白细胞介素水平异常升高而另一部分降低,而白细胞介素的变化受基因多态性的影响,因此,白细胞介素及其基因多态性在RSV感染中发挥重要作用。了解白细胞介素及其基因多态性在婴幼儿RSV感染中的作用,可更好地理解其发病机制,有助于采取预防措施控制RSV感染的发展。 Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is a common pathogen which can cause lower respiratory tract infection in infants.RSV infection in infants obviously increases the incidence rate of asthma.Among the infants infected by RSV,some of them raise the level of interleukin,others reduce the level,changes of interleukin are affected by its gene polymorphism,this suggests that interleukin and its gene polymorphism play significant role in RSV infection.Therefore,it is preferable to understand the effects of interleukin and its gene polymorphism on RSV infection in infants,which conduce to comprehend the pathogenesis of RSV infection as well as to adopt preventative measures to control development of RSV infection.
