微小RNA与肿瘤发生和多药耐药的关系研究进展

摘要 非编码小RNA是非编码小分子单链RNA分子,与靶mRNA的3′非翻译区结合,抑制mRNA的翻译,促进其降解。而这种调控机制与很多肿瘤的发生有着密切的联系。肿瘤的多药耐药是临床化疗失败的主要原因。近年来研究表明,非编码小RNA的表达与肿瘤的多药耐药有着紧密的关系。现介绍非编码小RNA的生物学特性,并重点对其与肿瘤的发生和多药耐药的关系予以综述。 MicroRNA(miRNA,micro-RNA)are a class of non-coding small single-stranded RNA molecules.They inhibit mRNA translation and promote their degradation by binding to the 3′UTR of target mRNA.This regulatory mechanism is closely related to the occurrence of a number of tumors.Multi-drug resistance is one of the main reasons for the failure of chemotherapy of tumors.Recent studies show that miRNA have intimate relationship with multi-drug resistance.This article described the biological characteristics of miRNA,and focused on the relationship of tumor occurrence and multidrug resistance with miRNA.
