摘要 PIWI家族是干细胞分裂中的重要的调控基因,在干细胞的分化和肿瘤形成和发展中起着重大的作用。目前研究发现,PIWI在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,因而它可能作为肿瘤诊断和预后判断的一个新的重要指标。增殖细胞核抗原Ki-67是一种与细胞周期相关的蛋白质,它是一种核增殖标志基因,也与肿瘤的发生及发展密切相关。研究发现它们都具有抑制凋亡、促进肿瘤细胞增殖的作用。 The gene in the PIWI family is important controlling gene in stem-cell division,it plays important role in stem cell differentiation and tumor formation.Current researches find that PIWI gene highly expresses in variety of tumors,thus it can be a useful index for the diagnosis and prognosis of tumors.Proliferating cell nuclear antigen Ki-67 is a protein which is related to cell cycle,it is a gene marking the cell nucleus proliferation,it also has close correlation with tumors generation and development.Both of PIWI and Ki-67 can inhibit apoptosis and promote the proliferation of tumor cells.
