摘要
微小RNA（miRNAs或microRNAs）是一类长2025个核苷酸的非编码内源性单链小RNA分子,通过与靶标信使RNA的3′端非翻译区结合,抑制其翻译或直接使其降解,对基因的表达起转录后的调控作用,进而调节细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡等。研究表明,部分微小RNA在恶性肿瘤的发生发展中起重要作用。因此,研究微小RNA为揭示恶性肿瘤发病机制提供新思路,为恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供新策略。
MicroRNAs（miRNAs）was non-coding single-strand endogenous small RNA molecules with 2025 nucleotide in length,through the combination with the 3′untranslated region（UTR）of target messenger RNAs（mRNAs）,to restrain the interpretation or direct degradation,to effect the gene expression in the role of post-transcriptional,thereby regulate the cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.Studies have shown that some micro-RNA played an important role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.Therefore,the study of micro-RNA revealed the malignant tumor mechanism,provided new ideas for cancer diagnosis and therapy.
