摘要
Noxa是Bcl-2家族中促凋亡的BH3-only亚家族成员之一,是p53的下游靶基因,其表达主要受p53调控。它定位于线粒体,其BH-3结构域主要与Mcl-1结合,启动caspase级联反应,诱导细胞凋亡。Noxa可以通过p53依赖途径及p53非依赖途径促进细胞凋亡,在肿瘤的形成和治疗中发挥着重要作用。
Noxa is a member of pro-apoptotic BH3-only subfamily in Bcl-2 family,it is a p53 downstream target gene,whose expression was mainly regulated by p53.It is located in mitochondria,the BH-3 domain on Noxa is mainly bind with Mcl-1,thus start the caspase cascade and induce cell apoptosis.Noxa promote apoptosis via p53-dependent and p53-independent mechanisms,it plays a prominent role in the formation and treatment of tumors.
