压力导丝在冠状动脉临界病变处理的应用进展

摘要 冠状动脉内压力导丝测定的血流储备分数是近年来发展起来的一项新技术,在冠心病的诊断与治疗中有着重要的临床应用价值。其用于评价冠状动脉临界病变,能准确判断冠状动脉狭窄病变与心肌缺血的关系,作为冠状动脉造影的有效补充,对临界病变的诊断和治疗决策有着很好的指导作用。现就目前研究,综述压力导丝在冠状动脉临界病变诊断与治疗中的应用进展。 Fractional flow reserve(FFR)measured by pressure wire is a new method of imageology.It has important clinical value in the diagnosis and therapy of coronary artery disease.Particularly in the evaluation of intermediate coronary artery stenosis,FFR can evaluate the relationships between myocardial ischemia and coronary artery stenosis accurately.As a available supplement of coronary angiography,pressure wire is a useful tool for the diagnosis and therapy of intermediate coronary artery stenosis.This article summarizes recent studies to give an overview of the role of pressure wire in the diagnosis and therapy of intermediate coronary artery disease.
