摘要 血流感染是严重的感染性疾病,严重威胁患者生命。尽管现代医疗技术有了进步,但是血流感染的发病率及病死率却有逐渐上升的趋势。病原菌的变迁及耐药菌株的不断出现使治疗难度加大。血流感染相关研究仍是备受关注的热点,现就目前血流感染病原谱、易感人群等流行病学特点以及临床诊疗的研究进展作简要综述。 Bloodstream infection is a serious infectious disease,which can seriously threaten patient′s life.Despite the great progress on modern medical technology,the morbidity and mortality of bloodstream infections are increasing.Pathogens changes and the continuous emergence of drug-resistant strains make it more difficult to treat bloodstream infections.Bloodstream infections related research is still the hot spot of concern.This article made a brief review on the epidemiological characteristics of bloodstream infections such as current spectrum and susceptible populations,as well as on the clinical diagnosis and treatment progress.
