妇科腹腔镜手术的并发症及其防治

Complications and Prevention in Gynecological Llaparoscopic Surgery

腹腔镜技术凭借其对组织损伤小、患者活动早、恢复快等优点,近年已在妇科领域广泛应用。在其手术优越性日益体现的同时,随着手术难度增加,手术并发症也相应增多。正确认识、及时发现和有效预防这些并发症,是必须引起现代妇科临床医师重视的一个方面。现就妇科腹腔镜手术的常见并发症进行文献综述。

The laparoscopic techniques are widely used in gynecology in recent years for its advantages of small lesion in tissues,earlier activation and faster recovery of patients.The superiority of laparoscopic operation is materialized increasely,meanwhile,within the increasing suigical difficulty,the complications of laparoscopic operation are increaesd correspondingly.Knowing correctly,discovering timely,preventing and treating these complications effectively are one aspect of laparoscopic complications that should be highly recognition for gynecological clinician.This article reviewed the complications which are frequently seen and the prophylactico-therapeutic measures in gynecological laparoscopic operations.
