摘要
简要介绍了汽车电动助力转向电机设计及工艺特点,对目前国内装车的永磁直流电动机设计和工艺特点进行了总结,且对存在的问题进行了分析,并从实际出发提出了切实可行的解决方案,为电机厂、电动助力转向总成厂家及整车厂提供参考。
The design and process characteristics of electric power steering motors were briefly introduced in this paper.After summarizing the design and process characteristics of the permanent-magnet DC motor in domestic auto-motors came the analysis of the existing problems.Feasible solutions were proposed according to the practical applications,which serve references to motor factory,EPS factory and auto-motor factory.
