摘要
植物提取液低毒,低残留,易后处理,用作缓蚀剂时环保性好。为此,用15%H2SO4浸泡竹叶,以其提取液配制成缓蚀剂。采用电化学测试、失重和腐蚀浸泡试验研究了竹叶不同浸泡时间、竹叶提取液浓度对Q235钢缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明:将适量竹叶用15%的硫酸浸泡306min配制成的0.1g/mL溶液,缓蚀效率达96%以上,是一种阳极型缓蚀剂;电化学研究表明,竹叶提取液为混合型缓蚀剂,作用机理为几何覆盖效应;失重结果表明,竹叶提取液的缓蚀效率随其浓度的增加而增大,在硫酸介质中在Q235碳钢表面的吸附符合El-Awady动力学模型与Flory-Huggins吸附等温方程。
Bamboo leaves were soaked in 15% (mass frac-tion) H2SO4,and the resulting extracted fluid was formulated asinhibitive solution for 0235 carbon steel.The effects of the soa-king time and concentration of extracted fluid of bamboo leaves onthe corrosion behavior of 0235 steel in sulfuric acid were investi-gated by using electrochemical test,weight-loss test and immer-sion corrosion test.Results show that the inhibitive solution witha concentration of 0.1 g/mL,diluted from the extracted fluid of acertain amount of bamboo leaves soaked in 15% H2SO4 for 306min,has good inhibitive behavior for the carbon steel in H2SO4.The inhibitive solution formulated from the extracted fluid of bam-boo leaves had an inhibitive efficiency of above 96% for Q235steel in H2SO4.As a kind of anodic-type inhibitive agents,itfunctioned through geometrical covering,and its inhibitive effi-ciency increased with increased concentration.Besides,the ad-sorption of the extracted fluid of bamboo leaves on the surface ofcarbon steel immersed in sulfuric acid followed El-Awady dynam-ic model and Flory-Huggins adsorption isotherm equation.
