摘要 块体非晶合金的耐蚀性能与合金元素本身的特性及合金成分密切相关。采用铜模吸铸法制备了Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30块体非晶合金,用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热分析法(DSC)和差热分析法(DTA)考察了合金的非晶特性和热力学属性,通过电化学极化试验和盐雾腐蚀试验测试了合金的耐蚀性。结果表明,制备的Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30合金为完全的非晶相,且具有较大玻璃形成能力和热稳定性;腐蚀电流密度仅为12.6nA/cm2,经144h盐雾试验无质量变化,表明合金具有优异的耐腐蚀性能。 Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30 bulk metallic glass was prepared byusing copper mold suction technique.The structure and thermalstability of the bulk metallic glass was investigated by means ofX-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry plus differ-ential thermal analysis,and its corrosion resistance was evaluatedby conducting electrochemical corrosion test and salt spray corro-sion test.Results show that the as-prepared Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30 al-loys exhibit amorphous structure and high glass forming ability,and have good thermal stability and excellent corrosion resist-ance.They had a corrosion potential of-500 mV and a corrosioncurrent density of only 12.6 nA.cm-2,and showed no weightloss after being sprayed in 3.5% NaCl for 144 h.
