摘要
环烷酸腐蚀是原油加工过程中急需解决的重要问题。综述了环烷酸对炼油系统腐蚀的机理、因素与控制方法的研究进展。指出环烷酸类型及其分布、工作温度、流速和流动状态以及气液相状态等是影响环烷酸腐蚀的重要因素。讨论了存在的问题及今后发展方向。
A review was pro-vided of the research progress about corrosion mechanism and control of oil-refining svstems induced by naphthenic acid.It waspointed out that corrosion by naphthenic acid in processing crude oil with high acid value needed to be dealt with urgently.Based on the analysis of corrosion mechanism of naphthenic acid,themajor factors affecting corrosion,including the type and distribu-tion of naphthenic acid.operation temperature,fluid velocity and flow pattern as well as pressure,were discussed.The existentproblems and development direction of corrosion of oil-refining systems induced by naphthenic acid were also introduced.
