摘要
针对蜗杆传动设计中承载能力的分析计算问题,在Auto CAD环境下,应用Visual Lisp进行二次开发实现普通蜗杆传动承载能力分析计算的辅助设计系统。该系统由DCL对话框实现交互式用户界面,SLD幻灯片文件实现参数曲线图和数据的显示,Visual Lisp程序驱动对话框完成设计计算功能。该系统可实现普通蜗杆传动的模数、齿数、分度圆半径等基本参数的设计计算、实现蜗轮齿面接触强度和齿根弯曲强度的计算与校核,最后得到蜗杆蜗轮的结构尺寸数据报表,并为参数绘图提供接口数据。该计算机辅助设计系统提高了蜗杆传动设计的准确性和设计效率,并为进一步参数化绘图设计奠定基础。
In order to solve the analysis and computation of carrying capacity during the course of worm drive design., an compute aided design system is presented in this paper. The CAD system is completed under AutoCAD and by means of Visual Lisp and it can be used to analyze and calculate the carrying and capacity of worm drive, in the CAD system. The interactive interface is finished with DCL dialog and the computation function is completed with Visual Lisp program driving the DCL dialog. The module number and the number of teeth and the contact strength and flexural strength etc in the design of worm drive are analyzed and calculated with the CAD system, the physical dimension data sheet of worm and worm wheel which can used be interface data for parameterized drawing is also received.
