摘要 阐述了大规模定制模式下齿轮箱生产企业产品配置的特点,提出了以产品族可变型结构为基础的产品配置管理方法:首先确定产品零部件之间的装配约束关系,然后以产品配置单元为对象,通过配置选择表实现产品变量和规则的配置,在此基础上构建一个基础可变型产品BOM结构。最后,通过齿轮箱配置实例验证了该方法的可行性。 Described the features of product configuration in the enterprise which produce gear boxes based on mass customization model, a method of product configuration management is proposed based on a transformable structure of product family. To definitize the assembly constraint relations between the components of a product at first, then aimed at the product configuration units, the configuration of the product variables and rules are realized by option table. On this basis, it builds up a transformable BOM structure of product. Finally, the feasibility of this method is demonstrated in the illustration of a gear box configuration.
