摘要
运用绝对式光电旋转编码器和单片机组成舵角反馈系统,克服了用自整角电机作为舵角传感器的缺点,实现了舵角信号的数字化,并方便可靠地与PLC进行数据通信.阐述了系统数据通信关键参数的设置与程序设计构思,为保证系统调试方便和数据通信的可靠性提出了解决措施.
The rudder angle feedback system is formed by means of the absolute optical rotary encoder and the single-chip. Thus, the shortcomings of using the synchronous motor as a sensor are overcome; the rudder angle digitalization is achieved; the data communications with the PLC is convenient and reliable. The key parameters settings of the system data communications and the programming ideas are elaborated. In order to adjust the system conveniently and ensure the reliability of data are put forward.
