摘要
福建某造船厂横移下水设施能承受1800t下水重量,为合理评估该下水设施并进行适当改造,使下水重量提高为2300t,对1800t下水重量的横移下水设施进行了现场变形实测,并采用ABAQUS软件建立了轮船进架过程中下水设施力学性能的有限元分析模型,计算结果与实测结果吻合较好.在此基础上,对下水重量为2300t轮船进架全过程中下水设施的受力状况进行分析,获得了薄弱部位及走轮轮压,为横移下水设施及其地基基础的加固提供了依据.
The broadside launch facility of Fujian certain shipyard can bear the launch weight of 1800 ton. In order to enhance the launch capacity to 2300 ton by evaluation and reinforcement rationally, the in situ deformation measurement on the launch facility of 1800 ton launch weight was carried out, and the finite element analysis model on mechanics behavior during the ship movement was established by using the software ABAQUS The calculated results agree well with the experimental results.
