摘要
分析了不同处理温度和不同处理时间条件下冻融处理对竹塑复合材料耐久性的影响。选择温度在-29℃~23℃、-29℃~52℃、40℃~23℃间各三次进行24h的冻融循环,检测楠竹/回收PE和杂竹/回收PE的抗弯强度。在上述3个温度段进行各3次72h的冻融循环,再对楠竹/回收PE和杂竹/回收PE的抗弯强度进行检测。根据检测数据,进行分析得出结论。
It has been analyzed that various freeze - thaw treatments effect to durability of bamboo plastic com- posite. After three times 24h freeze -thaw cycle with temperature 29℃ -23℃ ,29℃- 52℃ ,40℃ -23℃ each other, the anti - bending characteristic of mao bamboo/recovery PE and sundry bamboo/recovery PE were measured. It was measured again after three times 72h freeze - thaw cycle with above temperature. Analyzing the data measured, the conclusion is come to.
