摘要
碳环有很好的耐磨性、自润滑性、耐高温性被广泛应用于各种蒸汽透平的轴端密封,碳环装配前要通过手工对其进行刮削或研磨来获得与主轴的装配间隙。由于碳环机械强度低、易脆,手工研刮碳环装配间隙较难控制,通常情况是间隙过大,透平运行机制时造成轴封出现较大漏气,因此提出用机加工方法加工碳环来达到装配间隙精度,降低轴封漏气。
The carbon ring has good abrasive resistance, self- lubricating property and high- temperature proof, so that widely used to seal axle head of various steam turbines. Before assembling, the fit - up gap to axle should be obtained by manually scraping or rubbing. Because carbon ring is lower mechanical strength and break- able, the fit -up gap is difficult to control by manually operating. Usually, the gap is too large to seal axle head, occurring leakage in steam turbine running. To avoid leakage, the carbon ring should be treated by machining.
