正交试验法在加热炉燃烧器参数优选中的实践

摘要 针对油田集输泵站加热炉受工况影响燃烧运行不正常和点火成功率的问题,将正交试验法使用的范围、试验的步骤和加热炉燃烧器参数优选有机融合,利用正交试验法对加热炉燃烧器参数进行了优选,确定出最佳参数值,经现场试验后取得较好效果,解决了影响加热炉点火成功率较低的问题。 In view of problems at oilfield gathering pumping station that burning process of heater is not normal under the effect of working state and that the successful rate of ignition is low, the range of using orthogonal test method and the steps of the test are mixed with the parameter optimization of heater burner organically. Then the orthogonal testing method is applied to the optimization of heater burner parameters so as to determine the best parameter value. After the field test, the better effect has been obtained, together with the problem about the lower successful rate of heaters ignition solved.
