摘要
基于建设"两型"社会的战略思想,本文构建了适合于测度我国中部地区可持续发展的综合指标体系,并对2000—2007年我国中部地区的可持续发展状况进行了实证分析。分析结果表明:我国中部地区的可持续发展能力较弱,人力资本是制约其可持续发展的瓶颈,创新能力不足是其软肋。
Based on the strategic construction of two-oriented society, the comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainahle development of central China is proposed, and the empirical analysis on sustainable development in central China during 2000 9007 is made. The results are as follows：the sustainable development ability of central China is weak,and human capital is the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of central China,and the lack of innovation is Achilles heel of central China.
