新疆边境口岸及口岸经济发展研究——以霍尔果斯口岸为例

Research on the Development of Frontier Ports and Port Economy in Xinjiang

本文以新疆霍尔果斯口岸为研究对象,在对口岸及口岸经济发展现状分析的基础上,指出口岸基础设施建设滞后、建设资金匮乏、口岸管理体制改革缓慢、口岸阶段性通关不畅、口岸物流业发展滞后以及口岸工业经济发展缓慢是目前存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了加快新疆边境口岸及口岸经济发展的相应对策。

Taking Huo Er Guo Si Port as the study subject and by analyzing the recent improvement of the port, the paper points out the main problems in the development. They are the delay in the construction of infrastructural facilities of the port, the lack of construction funds ; the slow moves in the reform of port management system, period custom obstacle, and slow improvement port logistics industry, and limited progress of the port industrial economy. Finally, the measures for prompting the development of port and port economy have been put forward.
