精神分裂症患者再入院原因分析及对策研究

Re-admission in patients with schizophrenia analysis and countermeasures

目的分析影响精神分裂症复发的相关因素,探讨有效干预对策。方法对重庆市精神卫生中心附属医院符合CC-MD-3诊断标准的200例再住院患者病历进行回顾,分析影响精神分裂症复发的相关因素。结果精神分裂症复发受多种因素影响,以服药情况、家庭支持和社会心理因素、性格、家族史、疾病亚型等为主要因素。结论帮助患者坚持服药、给予良好的家庭社会支持、减少各类社会心理因素刺激、增强对负性生活事件的应激能力能尽可能减少复发。

Objective To analyze the impact of schizophrenia relapse-related factors,and to explore effective intervention measures. Methods 200 cases in the Mental Health Center of Chongqing Municipal Hospital meeting the diagnostic criteria CCMD-3 were re-reviewed and analysed relevant factors affecting schizophrenic relapse. Results The recurrence of schizophrenia was affect- ed by many factors. Medication status, family support, social psychological factors, personality, family history, and disease subtype were main factors. Conclusion To help patients adhere to medication,to give a good family and social support,to reduce the various types of stimulation of social and psychological factors and to enhance the ability to reduce the stress of negative life events can decease the recurrence.
