重组人干扰素α-1b联合伐昔洛韦治疗成人水痘的疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of Interferonα-1b and Valaciclovir in the treatment of adult varicella

目的探讨重组人干扰素α-1b与伐昔洛韦联合治疗成人水痘的临床疗效。方法将43例水痘患者随机分为2组,对照组(21例)在一般治疗的基础上口服伐昔洛韦片,每次0.3g,每日2次;治疗组(22例)在对照组基础上加用重组人干扰素α-1b注射液,30μg肌肉注射,隔日1次,共用3次;疗程均直至痊愈。治疗期间患者隔天复诊1次,观察临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果治疗组结痂时间和痊愈时间分别为(3.37±0.68)、(5.53±0.57)d,对照组结痂时间和痊愈时间分别为(5.46±0.80)、(7.60±0.71)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组1周痊愈率为95.5%,明显高于对照组(47.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论重组人干扰素α-1b治疗成人水痘安全有效,能显著缩短病程,提高1周痊愈率,是一种理想的治疗药物,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Interferonα-1b combined with valaciclovir in the treatment of adult varicelia. Methods Forty-three cases of adult varicella were randomly divided into two groups： control group（21 cases）and treatment group（22 cases）. The patients in the control group were given oral valaciclovir（ 0.3g, bid） besides the general treatment, and the patients in the treatment group were given Interferoncrlb （30μg, ira, qod ）for 3 days besides the same treatment as the control group. The treatment courses ended up until healing. Followed up all the patients every other day and observed the clinical efficacy and side effects. Results Time of scabbing and healing were （3.37±0.68）d,（5.53±0.57）d in treatment group and （5.46±0.80） d, （7.60±0.71）d in the control group respectively,and there were obvious difference between the two groups（P〈0.05 respectively）. One-week cure rate in treatment group（95.5 % ） was significantly higher than that in the control group （47.6 %）（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion tnterferonα-1b is safe and effective in the treatment of adult varieella,it can shorten the course and increase one-week cure rate,and it is an ideal medicine and worthed to be spreaded in clinical practice.
