摘要
系统地研究各同步注浆材料对单液活性浆液性能的影响规律,探讨水胶比、胶砂比、膨水比、粉灰比对单液活性同步注浆浆液性能的影响,根据研究结果针对不同的地质条件对浆液性能的不同要求,提出同步注浆浆液配比的优化方向,为越来越广泛的盾构隧道同步注浆施工提供借鉴作用。
The influence of the raw materials on the properties of the single-component active grout for simultaneous grouting is investigated systematically. The influence of the water-cement ratio, gel-sand ratio, bentonite-water ratio and fly ash-cement ratio on the properties of the simultaneous grout is studied. The trend of the optimization of the mixing proportions of simultaneous grout is proposed on basis of the study results and the requirements of different geological conditions on the grout properties. This paper can be served as reference for the mixing of the simultaneous grout in shield tunneling in the future.
