摘要
结合兴旺峁隧道富水全—强风化砂岩区段的施工实际,对开挖、控制爆破、裂隙水注浆封堵以及涌泥治理等施工关键技术进行阐述。采用的三台阶六步法施工技术确保了隧道施工安全,对富水风化砂岩区段采用短进尺、多循环的开挖方法,减少了一次爆破装药量,且对围岩周边采取的控制措施达到了保护围岩的效果;在风化砂岩裂隙水发育区段施工中采取的"抢堵+围堵"的办法,有效地隔断了地下水的渗流路径,确保了结构安全;对涌泥段采用的各种措施确保了工程正常进展。
Such key technologies as excavation technology, controlled blasting technology, water-sealing grouting technology and mud inflow treatment technology adopted in the construction of the water-rich fully-highly weathered sandstone section of Xingwangmao tunnel are expatiated in the paper. "Top heading + 2 benches" 6-step method adopted ensures the tunneling safety, controlled blasting technology adopted ensures proper protection of the surrounding ground ; the water-sealing grouting technology adopted ensures cutting-off the seepage path and the mud inflow treatment technology adopted ensures proper tunnelling advance.
