摘要
福州某大桥跨江滨路箱梁为左右两幅,采用钢管贝雷梁支架方案进行施工。由于江滨路交通量大,支架搭设、拆除存在许多安全隐患,决定采用扩大基础整体预制,设置预埋件,焊接牛腿,利用多台千斤顶整体起顶,后铺设钢轨,再设后锚固点,采用张拉千斤顶对支架进行整体拖拉的施工工艺。
A bridge across riverside road has two box girders in Fuzhou, which used steel bailey beam support system for construction. There were many hidden dangers in support and removal flame because of heavy traffic in riverside road. Consequently, we decided to adopt construction technology included that spread foundation, entirely prefabricated, set embedded parts, welded corbel, laid rail after entire lifting by multijacks, set back anchor point, used jacks to entirely drag support.
