摘要
通过对软岩的性质特点、软岩巷道稳定性、影响软岩巷道围岩与锚网支架变形的主要因素、软岩巷道的支护原理和变形特点、巷道的锚网支护方案、锚网索耦合支护施工要求、锚网支护失效机制等理论的研究,阐述了煤矿在软岩开采过程中巷道变形量大的情况下的支护方案。对软岩的特性、软岩巷道的稳定性控制原则和方法进行了论述,对锚网索复合支护基于耦合意义上进行了研究,表明了采用锚网索支护是实现有效控制大变形软岩巷道围岩变形的技术措施。锚网索复合支护形式是一种既经济又先进的支护形式,如何在软岩巷道中应用好这种支护形式,无疑具有较高的研究价值。
According to the theory investigation of soft rock underground pressure characteristics, the deformation rules, the destroy mechanism of gateways, the factors of the rocks around gateways and support of coal road technology, it is explained that gateways deformation amount is large. Discusses soft rock speciality and soft rock roadway stability control principle, studies bolt--net--tightwire compound timbering based on coupling meaning detailedly. Shows that it is an effective measure for the bolt--mesh--anchor supporting technology to control the deformation of a big--distortion--soft rock roadway. It is no doubt worth studying that how to make good use of bolt--net--tightwire compound timbering in soft rock roadway, in that this compound timbering is advanced and economical.
