摘要
KMQ-800型矿用连续牵引车在西山煤电集团公司各矿推广过程中,经常遇到不同的工况条件,现有连续牵引车不能在条件复杂的采区弯曲巷道中使用。介绍了矿用连续牵引车转弯装置的研制及应用过程,解决了矿用连续牵引车安全通过转弯巷道的难题,扩大了矿用连续牵引车的应用范围,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。
On the promotion process of KMQ-800 type continuous tractor for mine in the coal mines of Xishan coal ＆ electricity group company, different working conditions have been encountered. Existing continuous tractor is not adapted to the complicated conditions such as bended mine laneway. The development and application of turning unit for the continuous tractor is introduced in this paper, which solves the difficult problem of the tractor to pass through bended laneway, enlarges the application range of the continuous tractor. The application of turning unit for the continuous tractor can bring higher economic and social benefit.
