用PLC改进鼠笼异步电动机起、制动控制方式

Starting-Stopping Control of Asynchronous Electromotor Improved by PLC

通过比较鼠笼式异步电动机的两种起、制动控制方式,说明采用现代PLC技术进行电机控制的优越性。首先分析传统的鼠笼式异步电动机起、制动控制方式的工作特点,指出传统控制方式的局限性,之后采用现代的PLC技术设计鼠笼式异步电动机的控制程序和梯形图,并对两种控制方式进行了比较,提出采用PLC进行电机控制的优点和发展前景。

Through the comparison of these two methods of starting- stopping control for asynchronous electromotor,the superior to control the electromotor by PLC is introduced. The traditional control method of the starting - stopping of asynchronous electromotor is analysed, and limitation of the traditional control method is pointed out, the modern control method by the use of repertoire language and ladder diagram is designed,the advantages of the application of PLC in the control of electromotor are proposed.
