摘要 目的:研究转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与神经生长因子(NGF)以及两者联用时对人牙周膜细胞(PDLC)增殖的生物学作用,为牙周损伤后修复提供理论依据。方法:采用方差分析的方法对不同浓度的TGF-β1与NGF以及两者联用时的生物学作用进行分析。结果:TGF-β1、NGF单独作用后,PDLC较对照组增殖较快(P<0.05),而两者联合作用后的增殖作用较各自单独应用的作用更显著。结论:TGF-β1、NGF两者以最佳效应浓度联合应用具有协同作用。 Objective: To investigate the biological effects of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and nerve growth fac tor (NGF) on the proliferation of human periodontal ligament cells (PDLC) in vitro. Methods: Human periodontal ligament cells were cultured by tissue explant TGF-β1 or NGF of different concentrations added into DMEM culture individually or combinedly, the biological effect was analyzed PDLC proliferation was measured by MTT colorimetric assay. Results: Either TGF-β1 or NGF could promote the PDLC proliferation. The effect on proliferation of combined group was significantly better than that of individual groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: TGF-β1 and NGF can be used as bioactive mediators on periodontal regeneration. TGF-β1 and NGF can promote the PDLC proliferation and play synergistic action.
