横向触摸法和纵向触摸法对静脉穿刺成功率影响的比较

Comparison of the influence of horizontal touch method and vertical touch method on the success rate of puncture

目的:探讨横向触摸法和纵向触摸法对准确寻找静脉的影响,提高穿刺成功率。方法:选择500例成年和500例少儿共1000例门诊注射患者,把成年患者和少儿患者各随机分成观察组和对照组,每组250例。观察组采用横向触摸法,对照组采用纵向触摸法,观察两组静脉穿刺成功率的差异。结果:无论是成年患者还是少儿患者,观察组的穿刺成功率都比对照组高,差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用横向触摸法能准确寻找穿刺静脉,提高静脉穿刺成功率。

Objective： To observe the influence of horizontal touch method and vertical touch method on the accuracy for the vein, and improve the success rate of puncture. Methods： The 500 adults and 500 children, with total 1 000 cases, were selected and each randomly divided into observation group and control group, 250 cases in each group. The observa- tion group were treated with horizontal touch method, the control group with vertical touch method, the differences of the success rates between the two groups were observed. Results： Whether adults or children, the puncture success rates of the observation group were all higher than control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Use of the horizontal touch method can be accurate for the vein to improve the success rate of puncture.
