Summing up the teaching experience of pharmacy interns in the past seven years. By strengthening vocational and moral education, strengthening doctor-patient communication skills, requiting different teaching for interns reflect the different levels, emphasizing on pharmacy computer applications ability, to improve the teaching quality.
