摘要
目的探讨尿液中低分子量蛋白标志物α1-微球蛋白(α1-microglobulin,α1-MG)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-micro-globulin,β2-MG)、微量白蛋白(microalbumin,MAlb)对早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的诊断价值。方法采用选择速率散射比浊法、微粒子免疫发光法及免疫透射比浊法对45例糖尿病患者和50例健康人尿中的α1-MG、β2-MG和MAlb进行联合检测。结果糖尿病组的尿液α1-MG、β2-MG和MAlb均高于健康对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。检测的阳性率尿液α1-MG>β2-MG>MAlb,相关性分析结果显示,在糖尿病组中尿液α1-MG、β2-MG和MAlb两两比较均呈正相关。结论联合检测尿液α1-MG、β2-MG和MAlb对DN患者早期发现、早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of urinary α1-microglobulin (α1-MG),β2 -microglobulin (β2-MG) and microalbumin (MAlb) in patients with early diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods Methodnephelometry,microparticle immunoluminescence technique and immune transmission were utilized to detect the level of urinary α1-MG,β2-MG and MAlb in 45 patients with diabetes and 50 health persons.Results MAlb,α1-MG and β2-MG were significantly higher in patients than in healthy controls (P〈0.05).As for the positive rates,α1-MGβ2-MGMAlb.The pairwise correlation among α1-MG,β2-MG and MA1b were all positive in the diabetic group.Conclusion Combined detection of urinaryα1-MG,β2-MG and MAlb was significant for early detection,early diagnosis and treatment for DN patients.
