金融危机下贸易保护主义的新特点及对中国的启示

纵观世界经济的发展,全球经济繁荣发展时,开展自由贸易有利于各国经济的发展;而当全球经济出现危机或萧条时,各国都会或多或少地显示出转向贸易保护的倾向。在金融危机威胁全球实体经济这样一个特殊时期,贸易保护主义不断抬头,并表现出一些新的特点,这必将对全球经济产生不利影响,甚至进一步加剧危机的恶化。本文在分析金融危机下贸易保护主义的新特点及其危害的基础上,提出我国应采取的应对策略。

In the special period of the threat of global financial crisis in the real economy, trade protectionism constantly looking up, and showing some new characteristics, these will have a negative impact on the global economy, and even worsen crisis worsens, and even worsen crisis to deteriorate.
