寓跨文化教育于高职英语教学中

Blend Intercultural Education in Higher Vocational English Teaching

长期以来,在高职英语教学中过分注重语音、语法、词汇等基础知识的传授,而忽视了对学生跨文化交际能力的培养,因而达不到交际的目的。探讨高职英语教学中进行跨文化教育的必要性,归纳总结高职英语教学中进行跨文化教育的具体教学方法,有助于提高高职学生跨文化交际能力。

For a long time, many English teachers in vocational colleges pay so much attention to the basic knowledge, such as pronunciaton, grammar and glossary in their teaching that they neglect the cultivation of the students＇ ability of intercultural communication. As a result, the students cannot properly communicate with foreigners. This paper focuses on the necessity of intercultural education in higher vocational English teaching as well as some effective teaching methods concernd intercultural education, which will be very helpful for vocational students to improve their ability of intercultural communication.
