摘要
研讨式教学法是培养大学生综合能力的一种行之有效的教学方法。在公共政策课程中研讨式教学可分为案例研讨、具体政策研讨、问题研讨等三种类型,具体操作过程可分为设立主题、独立研究、小组研讨、课堂展示和答辩、师生点评等五个环节。为提高研讨式教学的实效性,必须实现教学理念、教学设计、评价体系的转变。
The research-discuss teaching method is an effective method that develops the comprehensive ability of college students. In public policy courses, the research-discuss teaching method can be divided into three categories：case research and discuss, particular public policy research and discuss, problem research and discuss. Its process consists of five links： establish subject, research independently, group research and discuss, display and reply in classroom, teacher and student remark. In order to advance the teaching effectiveness, it must realize three changes： concept of teaching, teaching design, evaluation system.
