加强教研室建设工作 迎接新世纪高等教育的挑战

STRENGTHEN THE WORK OF TEACHING AND RESEARCH SECTION AND ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN NEW CENTURY

高等学校教研室是按照专业和课程设置形成的基本教学研究组织,是学科发展和专业建设的基点,是教学和刊研工作的枢纽,是两个文明建设的抓手。本文从上海农学院教研室建设工作的实践出发,提出了积极发挥高等学校教研室六大功能、努力促成教研室建设工作的六大转变的构想。

Teaching and Research Sections(TRS) in institutions of higher Learning are basic organizations formed by the specialities and courses offered, the foundamenlal points of the devolopment of subjects, pivots of teaching and research work, measures of the construclion'Two Civilizations . Based on the practical work of TRS in Shanghai Agricultural College, the paper proposes the concept of six functions giving full play to the TRS and six turns of improving the TRS work.
