高职教育集团校企合作模式的研究

Study on School-Enterprise Cooperation Model of Higher Vocational Education Group

从高职教育校企合作现状和存在的问题的分析入手,研究高职教育集团校企合作的模式,认为:高职教育集团校企合作模式的要素应当包括校企合作的载体和校企合作的运行机制两方面;开展校企合作,要建立内在动力机制、外部驱动机制、运行调控机制和保障机制;通过校企共建共享实训基地、共建人才资源库、共建专业和课程、共同开展技术研发、服务和推广、共享优质教学资源等形式寻求共同发展.

According to the situation and exciting problem of school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education, this paper studies on its model, and points out cooperation vector and operation mechanism are essential factors for it. In order to develop the school-enterprise cooperation, some operation mechanisms such as internal motivation, external drive, operation and regulation and guarantee should be established, and some vectors should be developed together from the following aspects： practical training base sharing, talents resources building, technical research, serving and extension, teaching resources sharing.
