摘要
用不同浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液处理光辉、中卷籼两个水稻品种,结果表明,10μg/g,100μg/g的Na2SeO3显著抑制水稻分蘖期的过氧化物酶活性,明显提高拔节期、孕穗期过氧化物酶的活性。10μg/gNa2SeO3可以明显提高水稻苗期的根系活力和分蘖期、孕穗期的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)活性。使水稻籽粒中氮含量、硒含量明显高于对照;100μg/gNa2SeO3明显抑制水稻分蘖期GSHPX活性,促进孕穗期该酶的活性,水稻籽粒中的氮、硒含量明显升高。
Two species of rice were treated with different concentrations of sodium selenite. The main results were as follows: 1.0 μg/g, 10.0 μg/g sodium selenite (Na 2SeO 3) can obviously inhibit peroxidase activity in tiller stage and enhance it's activity in booting stage. 1.0 μg/g Na 2SeO 3 can obviously enhance root activity in seedling stage and also enhance the activity of glutathione peroxidase both in tiller and booting stages. The contents of nitrogen and selenium of treated grain were higher than contorl significantly. 10.0 μg/g Na 2SeO 3 can obviously inhibit the activity of GSH PX in tiller stage, but stimulated the activity in booting stage. The contents of nitrogen and selenium of grain has been greatly increased compared with other treatments.
