摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,测定贵州剑河白、黑香猪血清转铁蛋白(Tf)、前白蛋白(Pa)、后白蛋白(Po)的遗传多态性,计算其基因频率。同时,利用其他学者的研究结果对贵州剑河白、黑香猪与湖南、江西等省的部分地方猪种间的遗传距离进行估算,利用类平均聚类法对它们之间的亲缘关系进行研究;并绘制了类平均聚类图。结果表明,贵州剑河白香猪与黑香猪的遗传距离最近,可以认为是同一品种而两个不同毛色的品系或亚群;贵州剑河白、黑香猪与湖南的湘西黑猪间遗传距离较小(均在0035以下)亲缘关系较近。
In this paper, the genetic polymorphisms of serum Transferrin (Tf), Prealbumin(Pa),Postalbumin(Po) in Jianhe White and Black Xiang pigs in Guizhou were investigated using the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Their gene frequencies of polymorphic locis were calculated and analysed. Meanwhile, genetic distances among Jian he White, Black Xiang pig and the local pig breeds in Hunan and Jiangxi etc. Provinces were calculated by citing the other scientists' research results. Cluster analysis was conducted to use unweighted pair-grouparithmetic mean. The results indicated that the genetic distance between Jianhe White and Black Xiang pig in Guizhou was the closest. They might be considered the same breed, but different coat strains (sub-population).The genetic relationship between Jianhe White Xiang pig in Guizhou and Xiangxi Black pig in Hunan was closer.
