电影《马背上的法庭》为我们展现了在少数民族地区,由于地域的相对分散性、封闭性和边缘化等因素,造成了少数民族习惯法的存在这一不可否认的事实,同时它在现实生活中的有效运行也证明了其存在的必然性与合理性。因此,我们应重新审视少数民族习惯法的作用,以促进国家法与少数民族习惯法的良性互动,实现民族和谐发展。

The movie ＂The Court on Horseback＂ has demonstrated that in ethnic minority areas, due to the relative geographic dispersion, closed, and the marginalization and other factors, it is resulting in the existence of customary law of minorities as an undeniable fact. The effective operation of it in real life proved that it is necessary and reasonable. Therefore, we should re - examine the role of customary law minority to promote the interaction national law and customary law of minority and to achieve harmonious development of minorities.
