日本“过劳自杀”及相关法律问题研究

"过劳自杀"是二十世纪九十年代日本经济陷入低迷后出现的现象,近年来呈现逐渐增多的趋势。其主要原因是日本企业经营模式变化所导致的工作压力的增大。日本近年来在"过劳自杀"的立法、司法方面积累了不少经验,值得尚未建立相关制度的中国借鉴。

Since China has not yet set up the relevant system, we should learn from their experiences.
