摘要
本文以乙醇浓度、超声提取时间为因素,通过实验得出陕南旬阳狮头柑皮中总黄酮提取的最佳条件,并以芦丁为标样,用紫外可见分光光度法对旬阳狮头柑皮中提取总黄酮的含量进行了测定.结果表明:乙醇浓度70%,超声提取20m in,室温下提取总黄酮的含量最高.
This article taking the ethyl alcohol concentration, the supersonic extracting time as factors, obtains in the best extracting conditions of total flavonoids from the orange peel of Xunyang. And the content of total flavonoids in the peel was determined by ultraviolet - visible absorption spectroscopy using Rutin as standard substance. The result indicated: the ethyl alcohol concentration 70% , supersonic extracting time 20 minutes, under the room temperature extract the total flavanoids the content to be highest.
