摘要 针对乡镇企业的营销管理现实,分析了合作营销对乡镇企业发展的重大作用,认为乡镇企业为充分发挥自身优势,弥补自身劣势,应该把合作营销作为经营中的一个重要战略,并提供了乡镇企业可采用的合作营销的一些基本方式:与后向供应商合作;与前向消费者或经销商合作;与同业竞争对手合作;与行业外企业机构合作等,试图为乡镇企业发展合作营销提供思维上的指导。 This essay was based on the marketing reality of nowadays rural enterprises,analysed the great effects of cooperate marketing to the development of the rural enterprises,held that the rural enterprises should take it as an important strategy of how to market so as to give full play to its own advantages at the same time make up its own disadvantages,besides these,this essay also gave some suggestion to the basic styles of cooperate marketing which the rural enterprise can practise.They are cooperation with the backword supplier,cooperation with the forward consumer or seller.cooperation with the competitor,cooperation with other enterprises (which don't belong to one trade)and so on.The purpose of this essay is to provide a kind of thought of how to operate cooperate marketing for rural enterprises.
